Who is involved in the recruitment process?
Initially one of our consultants with Humanconnection will meet with you. If successful you will be referred to the client together with our recommendation to interview. This may result in a client interview if you are invited to meet our clients it is typical you will have a minimum of 2 meetings before the recruitment process comes to a close.
Will remuneration be discussed at interview?
Your Humanconnection Consultant will discuss your salary expectation prior to meeting the client. Roles are benchmarked to ensure our salary packages remain market competitive.
