As well as posting our current vacancies on our website, we also advertise in major on online job boards such as SEEK.com.au, Mycareer.com.au and CareerJunction.co.za.

Should I expect to receive a personal contact when I apply on line?

Human Connection acknowledge receipt of your application by email and advise in a subsequent email if your skills and experience match the requirements for our open positions. If found suitable a member of our recruitment team will contact you to discuss the next step in the recruitment process. What can I expect if I am invited to attend an interview?

Interviews usually run for approximately 60 minutes and consist of behavioural interviewing questions as well as role-specific questions. We like to keep the discussions informal to give the process a more relaxed and comfortable feel.

What happens to my résumé after I send it to Humanconnection?

A member of our recruitment team will access your résumé and application, and you may be contacted to discuss the specific vacancy for which you have applied. Alternatively, you may be considered for other positions your particular skills match, even though you may not have directly applied for those positions. Who is involved in the recruitment process?

Initially one of our consultants with Humanconnection will meet with you. If successful you will be referred to the client together with our recommendation to interview. This may result in a client interview if you are invited to meet our clients it is typical you will have a minimum of 2 meetings before the recruitment process comes to a close.

Will remuneration be discussed at interview?

Your Humanconnection Consultant will discuss your salary expectation prior to meeting the client. Roles are benchmarked to ensure our salary packages remain market competitive.
