Sue Williams

Co-founding Director

In 1998, Sue Williams moved to Perth to set up and lead the Western Australian and South Australian regions of a national ICT recruitment business, which she owned and managed in conjunction with others. After the successful sale of the business Sue continued on to set up a Senior and Executive recruitment division.

Before taking on a career in recruitment Sue had dabbled in architecture, design, owned several small retail outlets, spent 7 years setting up and operating a corporate Human Resources department before moving on to build and run successful sales teams who won major outsourcing contracts.

It is this wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts that Sue brings to Humanconnection.

Sue’s commitment to succeed ensures she delivers high-quality service to both candidates and employers.

Kerry-Jane Lindeque

Co-founding Director

Kerry Lindeque’s 18 years experience in international human resources consulting commenced in a large financial services organisation in South Africa.

It was in South Africa that her Industrial Relations experience was developed during the height of political change. Kerry was then recruited to project manage an organisation restructure within a global luxury hotel group and moved to London.

Seeking a change in lifestyle Kerry relocated with her family to Perth where she fulfilled the role of Senior Human Sources Business Partner in Western Australia for a global IT organisation for six years prior to establishing Humanconnection.

Kerry’s extensive Human Resource experience, coupled with her personal experience in migrating, ensures Humanconnection is focused on providing the best-fit solutions for candidates and employers.
